Our 4 teammates are Julz, Christine, Sally & me!
Here is my entry for the technique challenge..
I started with grungepaper. After embossing it with one of Tim Holtz’ folders, I painted it with the stream paint dabber. Using the sandpaper, I removed the raised areas of the embossing. I used the ink applicator tool to add the black soot distress ink onto the raised areas. I used a papertowel with a bit of water to remove the extra distress ink as the paint dabber resists the distress ink. I covered the entire sheet with picket fence distress stickles. I heated it to dry. The image is coloured with copics.

Christine made this fabulous boo-boo kit for her son. He hates wearing shorts because he falls all the time and his knees hurt. He can now carry this in his backpack to daycare. Shorts are a must, it's 34 degrees in the shade right now! Don't you just love useful projects! There are two pockets on the inside. The first pocket has the bandaids (also known as plasters) and the envelope behind it has the antiseptic wipes. The image on the outside is raised on scrap ez-mount leftovers. I just tuck the flap behind the image and the whole thing stays closed. Be sure to check out Christine's blog!
