This LO was to be done after altering some chipboard or grungeboard - I cut out the wine glass, painted it with shimmering H20s. Then the LO needed to be about a party themed event.
This card is for SSZ - using products that start with the letter "C" - Christmas card using the cuttlebug, and the stamp is called 'envie full of cheer'
